Flagship Professional Development Program
Our comprehensive 10-week winter paid internship includes team based business project,
professional skills development, and one-on-one mentoring to accelerate your career.
We have over 250 graduates of the flagship program.
Professional Mentorship
Driving Forward unlocks social capital by connecting our interns with mentors.
The mentors provide one-on-one coaching, soft skills development, career fair preparation,
and access to networks. The mentorship role accelerates career discovery, removing a barrier
for first generation and under-resourced college students.
