Driving Forward empowers first-generation and under-resourced college students to successfully transition from college to a meaningful career through a supportive professional development, mentorship, and experiential learning community. Every college student in America should have an equal opportunity to achieve their career objectives and create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Since its inception in 2020, Driving Forward has been a catalyst for success for over 250 college students exploring career paths. We offer unique opportunities to develop essential skills, deliver business impact, and build invaluable social capital.
Our program accelerates the development of first-generation students, removing barriers and friction in career exploration. Through comprehensive professional development, mentorship, and real-world experience, we've helped hundreds of students launch successful careers.

Over 140 program graduates are employed full time. The average starting salary is $103,000. These aren't projections — they're the actual outcomes of students who went through the program.
A network that stays with you
Mentors, coaches, fellow interns, and alumni — the connections built during the program don't end when it does. Many mentorship relationships continue well after the 10 weeks are up.
