Professionals at every career stage contribute to Driving Forward as mentors, coaches, interviewers, and judges. Here's how each role works.

One-on-One Mentorship
Work one-on-one with a student across the 10-week program. You'll review resumes, run mock interviews, and give the kind of direct career guidance most first-generation students don't have access to.
Interview Applicants
Conduct structured 30-minute interviews with screened applicants. You'll receive a behavioral interview guide and candidate background notes — no prep beyond that is needed.

Project Presentations Judge
Evaluate student teams presenting business solutions at the mid-term and final. You'll score presentations and provide structured feedback on strategy, communication, and execution.
Project Coach
Guide a team of 4 to 5 students through a real-world project over 10 weeks. You'll meet weekly, keep the project on track, and give students a realistic view of how professional teams work.
