Description
On the evening of September 24, 2026, Driving Forward is bringing together students, mentors, donors, and supporters for our annual fundraiser at the East Bank Club in Chicago.
Driving Forward closes the gap between talent and opportunity for first-generation college students through a 10-week paid internship, one-on-one mentorship, and professional skills training. Since 2020, over 250 students have completed the program, with more than 140 now employed full time at an average starting salary of $103,000.
The evening runs from 5:30 to 8:00 PM with heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and a short program review at 6:45 PM. Tickets are $50 and directly fund student scholarships and career development.
