One-on-One Mentorship
As a mentor, you will support a student for our 10-week program. You'll provide career guidance, review resumes, conduct mock interviews, and help students navigate their professional journey.
- Time Commitment: 1 hour per week
- Duration: 4 months
- Format: Virtual meetings
- Experience: 3+ years coaching/managing others

Interview Applicants
Conduct 30 minute interview of screened applicants. You will leverage our structured interview guide and background notes on the candidate.
- Time Commitment: 30 minute interviews
- Frequency: 1-4 interviews per week based on your capacity
- Format: Structured interview guide including behavorioral based questions.

Project Presentations Judge
Evaluate student teams for the mid-term and final presentations. Provide feedback on business solutions, presentation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Time Commitment: 90 minutes
- Frequency: Support up to 4 sessions
- Format: Virtual

Project Coach
Guide student teams through real-world projects. Facilitate project planning, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery.
- Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week
- Duration: 10 week projects
- Team Size: 4-5 students
- Skills: Project management and coaching/management experience.

Time commitments vary by role:
We welcome professionals at all levels! Most roles require 2-3 years of professional experience, but we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Mentors typically have more experience as they introducing their mentee to the mentor's network.
Yes! We provide orientation and training for all volunteer roles. You'll receive materials, best practices, and ongoing support from our team.
Absolutely! Most of our volunteer opportunities are conducted virtually, making it easy to participate from anywhere.
